The trees are grown on a farm, 15mins outside of Kingaroy in QLD, & are acclimatised to our heat.

Make sure to measure your space at home, where you are going to put your tree, both width & height. Keep in mind they last longer away from windows, doors and heat sources.

We deliver to collection points in Carindale, Chermside, Toowoomba & Caboolture in December, over the weekends (refer to delivery for dates & times). We are only at these locations for an hour.

WE ARE UNABLE TO DO HOME DELIVERIES

Our trees give off a magnificent scent that will fill your room with the fresh outdoors aroma.

On average the trees last 3 weeks, provided you keep them watered and follow the guidelines in the “Care” section on our website. The ideal position is inside a cool place, AWAY from direct sunlight, windows, televisions and breezes.

Trees are netted and can be transported in a standard vehicle, where the back seat folds down giving access through to the boot. Alternatively via a ute or trailer.

In a bucket of water with rocks in the bottom or a purpose made Christmas tree stand such as the Cinco model, also available.

Pre-tagging occurs in early November, where you can visit the farm, walk through hundreds of Christmas trees, select and reserve your special tree by putting a tag on it. Come December, you can collect your tree when it best suits you, or arrange to have it on one of the delivery runs to a collection point nearest your home. This year’s tree tagging dates.

Please bring a hat, sunscreen, covered shoes and your Christmas spirit. A blanket or tarp to put under the tree and ropes to tie down for the journey home.

Payment is via EFTPOS, Direct Deposit or cash. Ordering is via our online store on this website.

If you cancel your order in the month of November, we will refund 50% of your purchase, less a $10 Admin Fee.

No refunds are given after the 1st of December and no credits will be given. There will also be a $10.00 admin fee to cancel.

To make changes to your order, you can contact the farm via phone, email, SMS or messenger.

Please note: When you request a change to any detail of your order, a $10 Amin fee will be applied, and changes will not be made until the fee is paid.

We have trees ranging in size from:

• 6ft (1.8m)
• 7ft (2.1m)
• 8ft (2.4m)
• 9ft (2.75m)
• 10ft (3m)

We have potted Christmas trees in 4 sizes, available from the farm in November. The sizes are:

• 250mm pot (1 m tall)
• 400mm pot (1.5 m tall)
• 500mm pot (1.8 m tall)
• 600mm pot (2 m tall)

We recommend a tree stand. We sell Cinco tree stands which hold the tree in place and have a reservoir for water.

• keep it on a leash
• pick up and remove any poops
• DO NOT take animals in the Christmas shop or in the undercover café

They are welcome in the outside picnic area.
